Can I purchase tickets at the site?
We will have a box office on-site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food, beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
Is outside food allowed within the premises?
No outside food/beverages are allowed inside the venue.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this event. However, attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
There is no age restriction for the event. However, every individual must have a valid ticket for entry, and children should be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking available?
Yes, limited paid parking will be available across venues.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes you can transfer your tickets to another person using the 'Transfer' button linked in tickets received via email. Please contact us if you need additional help. Please make sure to include your ticket order number in the query.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Live Your City app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email or whatsapp depending on the login method you used.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Live Your City app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience does not allow date changes or refunds under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, no animals are allowed across venues.
Is re-entry to the venue allowed?
No, re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Please try and reach the venue ahead of time as entry and viewing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis - across all ticket types.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Only Lounge tickets have a dedicated seating section, all other zones are standing.
Will restrooms be available on site?
